What this covers

This policy covers the kelity.com website. The township portal (portal.kelity.com) is a separate application with its own terms, presented when you sign up.

What we collect

The only information this site collects about you is what you type into the contact form: your name, role, township or company name, email address, and message. Submissions are delivered to us two ways: as an internal notification through Telegram, and as an automatic confirmation email to you through Brevo, our email delivery provider. No form data is stored on this website itself, and we use no third-party form-hosting service (the form itself is ours — Telegram and Brevo only deliver the notification and confirmation, they don’t run the form).

If you write to us, you’ll get one automatic confirmation and then a reply from a person. You are not added to any marketing list, and we do not sell or share the information you send us.

We keep your message the way we keep ordinary business email. If you want a message deleted, ask through the contact form and we’ll do it.

Analytics

The only traffic statistics we use are cookieless, aggregate numbers from our hosting provider (Cloudflare) — page views, top pages, referrers — derived from the same requests it already handles to serve the site. No tracking cookies. No client-side trackers. Nothing is shared with any advertising network or analytics company.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. That’s why there is no cookie banner — there’s nothing to ask consent for.

Hosting

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests the way any hosting provider does, including standard operational logs used to run the service.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
