About Kelity

Kelity LLC is an Ohio company, registered in 2011 and independently owned since day one. For most of its life it did IT and data consulting. Today it does one thing: makes Ohio’s public municipal records useful — to the townships, villages, and cities those records describe, and to the Ohio contractors who serve them.

Who’s behind it

Kelity is run by Alex Fler, with nearly three decades in enterprise infrastructure and operations. That’s the background this company comes from — running systems and working with data, not selling security scares.

Why this exists: Ohio’s townships, villages, and cities carry real compliance and opportunity-visibility burdens — state deadlines, grant windows, contract renewals — usually with no dedicated staff to track any of it. The records that would help are public, but scattered. Kelity collects them and turns them into tools those communities can actually use.

No outside investors.

Where we work

Data collection is statewide — all of Ohio. Support and outreach focus first on the counties where our data is deepest, expanding county by county as coverage grows. If your community signs up and the data looks thin, that’s why — and it improves the fastest where communities participate.

What you won’t find here

No stock photos of people who don’t work here. No client logos until they are real and the client has agreed. No invented press mentions or testimonials. When we have real ones, you’ll see them; until then, this page stays short.
